“I absolutely love LFB. I don't even live in Lake Forest, but my sister does and LFB is her bank so I'm a devoted customer. The personal relationships that they form with their customers is such a refreshing way to do business. Shilpa and Tom are just fantastic - they seem to know everyone who walks in and they have the same professionalism and friendly demeanor with each and every customer, every time. Also, I've been to the drive thru at the other branches when I have my dog in the car with me and they always send a dog treat out for him with my deposit slip. Such a small gesture sets LFB from the other massive banks who have to seek out government assistance because their ridiculous fees aren't enough to keep them afloat. If you are tired of being just another number at your bank and not being able to talk to a human when you call, go see Shilpa or Tom!”
“I have been banking here for over 11 years and they have provided personal, timely and professional service. Sure, I have had a few hiccups, but they have always fixed them in a timely manner. This is a local bank that values it's local clientele, unlike the big national banks that treat you like a number . Once I broke free of the big bank gimmicks, I realized that my business does matter to someone. Plus how do you trust big banks that pay more in fines every year than any other industry. In 2023 they paid more than $9 Billion.”

“Love Fifth Third Bank in general! Always great personnel and customer oriented. This is not my usual branch but we needed a notary on a Saturday and this branch had one available for us. (No Charge) She was waiting for us when we got there. As we had a lot of papers for signature she spent a ton of time with us. She never made us feel rushed or like we were imposing in anyway. We had such a great experience I kind of wish this was our branch.”

“I’d like to give a BIG shoutout to Liz, Lucy, Terri and Gina at your Lake Bluff branch. EVERY time I walk into the lobby I am greeted with big smiles along with Courteous, Polite and Professional service from each of these beautiful ladies, along with incredible senses of humor that have carried me through me through a mishap or three. They each always ask about my little family and their wellbeing as well. That is not always the case with every bank or business. These ladies deserve a raise! Thank you Liz, Lucy , Terri and Gina.
