“Ive been banking here for many years. Their personal banking services, and their customer services are absolutely great. Their tellers are always friendly and their personal bankers (especially Catherine and Denise) are super helpful. Their online bill pay works well for both business and consumer banking and allows transfers, etc. They always have good coffee and snacks/treats for the kids and in general it is a pleasure to stop by the bank. I've never tried to borrow money from Wintrust.”

I’ve been with this bank since 2016 and they have hands down never let me down.
Which is why it pains me to leave a 4/5 review today. I had a strange interaction on a call with a representative who came across very condescending at first. Once she saw my account her demeanor changed — she helped me with one of my issues, but as soon as she was done she didn’t even ask if I needed anything else and just hung up.
In all the years I’ve been with the bank I have NEVER experienced customer service like that, which is the only reason I’m rating this a 4 instead of a 5. I’m fully willing to update it back to 5 stars because I refuse to let one bad experience outweigh how excellent this bank has been.
I just hope the bank takes this seriously and continues to train their customer service team properly — because I know they truly care about their customers.”
“I was very frustrated when I came to this branch, my debit card was frozen and I was sent from another PNC branch to get the card replaced at this location, while on my lunch break. Nidhi Gupta, senior banker, took really good care of me. She asked me if I had time to eat lunch and when I said no, she reached into her own lunch bag and gave me a snack, then gave me a bottle of water while she printed my debit card quickly to get me out the door. As irrate as I was, needless to say I walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you Nidhi! Your sweet gesture was warmly appreciated and I hope PNC appreciates you too :)”

I've attended three of them and while the information presented is great, it's the questions from the attendees and the responses from Jan and her team that really make the presentation valuable as attendees ask questions I would never think of!
