Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. A very pleasant shopping experience all the time. I highly recommend this location.”

I was having troubles picking out a gift for a friend’s baby, the wonderful lady who was working, who I forgot her name, was super helpful, super attentive, and gave me many options to chose from (which were all hard because all the clothes are so cute!) They do parties as well. Plenty of free street parking in highland park, just about 1-2 blocks east of the Metra tracks.”

“My daughter's school is participating in an End of the Year ABC Countdown and she told me at 7:30pm that the next school day was "Illinois Day." She didn't have anything Illinois related so I hopped in the car and went straight to Lids U. The store was closed so I tried Chicago Locker Room; they did not have Illinois specific apparel. I asked the young man working if he had any other suggestions on where to go but he said that Lids U would be the only place he knew of. I explained my situation just in a sharing way, never expecting him to close his store and allow me access to Lids U for shopping, but that is exactly what he did. He went out of his way, in the last 15 minutes of his work night to let me shop at Lids U so my daughter could participate in Spirit Day. I'll absolutely be back for my sportswear needs!”
