“I came in today to pick up an order I placed online, and I had a great experience. The store itself was clean, organized, and filled with so many cute items on display that I ended up leaving with more clothes than I planned to buy!

“Yesterday my best friend and I went to Gurnee Mills to look for an outfit to wear to her birthday party and we were having no luck in every store we went to no one was helpful or friendly even. It was hard to even find anyone to ask a question to. And then we went into Buckle and it was the best decision. All of the girls were so helpful. They were all smiling and happy and just made her feel so at ease It literally felt like the scene from the movie Pretty Woman where the associates were doting on her bringing her clothes to try on and making her feel like a princess. Those girls who worked at Buckle in gurnee mills on Saturday, May 16th 2026 were the absolute BEST ❤️ Thank you for making my BFF feel so comfortable and helping her find the perfect birthday outfit!”

“This is a good place to shop. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is generous, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. “My children and I LOVE this store! The owner is attentive and honest. I'm not sure where she gets her pep, but her patience with my children deserves a frickin' award! 😂
My daughter loves the clothing there, especially the dresses. She wears them for special occasions, like Passover dinner, Yom Teruah, birthdays, etc. This store also has uber cute stuffys and unique accessories for almost everything (for back-to-school, summer camp, summer fun, etc). Some other stores carry similar items but usually for either more money and/or inferior quality. I also appreciate how they're always trying to give back to the community, which some stores are hesitant to do, for some reason.
Walking around I also found some neat stuff for my boys too, so they're not feeling left out 😅.
Location is great too; there's a couple coffee spots within walking distance, along with restaurants. Great place to go take a weekend stroll and window-shopping (or actual shopping 🤣) They apparently also do birthday parties where girls can get their nails done, sing, make their own lip gloss, etc. Highly recommend!”

“My daughter's school is participating in an End of the Year ABC Countdown and she told me at 7:30pm that the next school day was "Illinois Day." She didn't have anything Illinois related so I hopped in the car and went straight to Lids U. The store was closed so I tried Chicago Locker Room; they did not have Illinois specific apparel. I asked the young man working if he had any other suggestions on where to go but he said that Lids U would be the only place he knew of. I explained my situation just in a sharing way, never expecting him to close his store and allow me access to Lids U for shopping, but that is exactly what he did. He went out of his way, in the last 15 minutes of his work night to let me shop at Lids U so my daughter could participate in Spirit Day. I'll absolutely be back for my sportswear needs!”
