The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. “Bravo! I needed to send an urgent overnight delivery and this UPS store in Buffalo Grove saved the day!! I went first to another shipping company that ends with x, and they refused to ship it because their last pick-up of the day had already been collected (several hours before closing their store). Well, not this UPS store! They have a later collection time which is literally at store closing which is how it should be!! Well, sure enough, my package was delivered on-time! UPS you have forever earned my business! You guys rock!! ? highly recommend!!”

“Hallie went above and beyond to help me make sure I sent in my Samsung trade-in package on time. We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).
