“I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in to ship an item I had sold, and Andrew was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He helped me find the best possible price box which I genuinely appreciated. He was also so personable and easy to talk to. We ended up having a great conversation about what I was selling, and he even took the time to look at some of the other things I was selling and offer some helpful insight. You can really tell that he cares about helping people and creating a welcoming experience. It was honestly such a refreshing experience, and I left feeling like I had found a business I would happily come back to. If you need shipping services, I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Andrew — he was fantastic!”

“Every time I'm here, the customer service is absolutely top notch. Even if you pay an extra dollar for one thing or another compared to the post office or UPS, it's quite worth it. Convenience, Professional Service, variety of services and even the nice knick knacks and extra locally produced Goods that they sell in the store, all worth the extra dollar!”

“The UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is my go to for all of my shipping, printing, invitation and thank you card design needs! Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. Thank you for all of your wonderful service over these years!”

“I had a fantastic experience with SpeedPro's work on my commercial window decals several years ago. After normal wear and tear, it was time to replace part of the signage and they did a terrific job from start to finish: in-person measurements and consultation, patience with me through many revisions, suggesting possibilities for the design that I hadn't thought of myself, and quick and high-quality installation. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future!”

“I had originally planned to go through the Village of Glenview to have part of my signage costs covered, but after experiencing communication challenges with other local vendors, I decided to pay full price and give my business to Signarama Northbrook instead — and I’m so glad I did. DJ was amazing from start to finish. His follow-up, communication, professionalism, and clear pricing made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that truly values customer service the way they do. I highly recommend Signarama Northbrook and will absolutely continue using them for my business signage and marketing needs moving forward.”

“These guys are the real deal. I’m probably one of the most detail-oriented (borderline OCD ?) customers you’ll deal with, and they had the patience to work through every little detail with me — from design to color to final layout. They didn’t cut corners, didn’t rush the process, and made sure everything was dialed in exactly right. End result? Absolutely blew me away. The wrap looks incredible. Couldn’t be happier I chose them — highly recommend.”
