I went first to another shipping company that ends with x, and they refused to ship it because their last pick-up of the day had already been collected (several hours before closing their store). I don't think workers like Noemi get enough credit for their wealth of knowledge, easy-going personalities and hard work. “Hallie went above and beyond to help me make sure I sent in my Samsung trade-in package on time. We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).
