“Hallie went above and beyond to help me make sure I sent in my Samsung trade-in package on time. We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).
Hallie even called me afterwards to let me know FedEx picked up their final shipment. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!”
