“They were very professional gave me my 30 minute notice before they dropped everything off so somebody can be home for the delivery of our new pool. Highly recommended.”
“George at the Lake Zurich store was wonderful. He helped me make the decision on which firmness I need and had me try out the mattresses in the store.
Very pleasant gentleman”
“The service here at target was amazing. Employee named Nick and Hannah their customer service was at the top level. Very helpful and kind. Target will be my forever fav place to shop.”
“This store has the most amazing personnel. Particularly in their Manager, Peter. I was having a very bad experience with the ATT folks in their store and Peter was the most helpful, compassionate person you could ever ask for. He made numerous calls to ATT on my behalf and argued with them for close to an hour trying to get resolution. While on hold, he offered me a chair and water. AMAZING customer experience! Shop here and shop often, but whatever you do, don't buy a phone from ATT!!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Steve was particularly helpful in locating the mattress I was looking for which was not on display in the showroom. I strongly recommend Mattress Firm for your next Mattress.”
