I first met him at the East Dundee T-Mobile location, and his customer service made such a great impression on me that I ended up driving all the way from Elgin to the Lake Zurich location just to continue working with him. To me, customer service matters, and Bello truly sets the standard.

My family and I were switching 7 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile, which was a long and sometimes complicated process because of our different work schedules. Throughout the entire process, Bello was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. He always took the time to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure everything was handled correctly.

What really stood out was that his support didn’t stop when we left the store. He continued helping us while we were at home, making himself available whenever we needed assistance and going above and beyond to ensure the transition went smoothly.

“I have been with this store since they opened. In June my best friend, 90 years old, wanted a phone for emergencies and reaching Uber and me, so I took her in and they set her up. She COULD NOT figure out the phone and asked me to return it, so in I came.
Jessica came to help. She had to follow the rules (no return after 30 days), but still sought the manager out. He did not budge. Yet Jessica jumped through every hoop she could find to try and help me. She even checked my phone for apps and right there saved me about $50 a month on stuff I was double paying for or wasn’t using. She was so empathetic and helpful! A real ASSET to Verizon for sure. Over the years I have had “help” by the “guys” at the store that has been adequate, but Jessica went WAY beyond just your average customer service contact. In the end, she couldn’t take the phone back, but gave me a way to continue to contact corporate Verizon and I still left satisfied with my Verizon experience. “Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. “Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. “Alex orchestrated a fantastic phone-buying experience! My wife and I were switching from T-mobile and getting two new iPhone 17 pros and an Apple Watch SE with phone plan. T-Mobile told me our plan was no longer going to be available and was raising our monthly rate by $12 a month.

Alex was knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the best phone purchase for our family. He then scoured all of his resources and was able to find several discount for us. Long story short, our new plan with Xfinity costs about the same as our old T-Mobile plan but with brand new phones and an added line.

Also Alex was able to give us a discount on our Xfinity internet. Alex went the extra mile on his helpfulness, he didn’t try to oversell us, and he was transparent during the whole sale.

The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment.
