She took so much time with me to go through my Bill and helped me bring It down by almost $200 a month! She was so helpful patient and thorough and extremely pleasant! Needless to say I’m staying with Verizon and highly recommend you go and see Jessica today”

“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Sending Paul a big thanks for facilitating this in our business and helping to keep us up to date with today's advances in technology! We are excited to see how this continues to help us grow our small business!”

“Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”
“I broke my phone and had to get a replacement! Anna was very helpful and was able to explain to me my current plan and break down visually my new plan upgrade and costs. She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. Anna made sure everything was set up correctly and all information from my old phone was transferred to the new one. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up. I will definitely recommend this store and go see Anna!”

“Chris is Amazing! Nothing better then walking into a sales establishment and your bill is exactly what it's supposed to be with everything explained with full clarity which is rare nowadays. My elderly parents stopped in and worked with Chris and he treated them like gold. Did everything for them and gave them all the time and attention and elderly person needs with excellent attention to detail and transparency which is refreshing. We love this T-Mobile store and have been coming here since Sprint. Shout-out to Chris for the awesome deals he got my parents and not taking advantage of them very satisfied with his service. “I walked in, spoke to Erwin and he was amazing! he told me everything I need to know about what I was getting and every promotion I needed to know for the current time, the guy is a chad.
Please, give this man something for his hard work because he earns it with his vibe! I'm hard at hearing and he was not even phased like other people when they work this type of job, Erwin is the only Xfinity pro I'm willing to talk to.

“Assistant Manager Jasper is excellent. I was having a complicated issue activating a new phone under my business account. The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment. Jasper was all over it and dedicated at least 30 minutes to my problem, going to great lengths to fix it and get my phone running right. It was a great experience. Thank you Jasper!”

“Andy Kraft was knowledgeable and nice and quick to answer all our questions and professional to boot. He fixed everything (hopefully) that the Kildeer location messed up with. To much to mention but do yourself a favor and do not step foot into the Kildeer IL location.
This location in Arlington Heights was night and day better. Been with Comcast since 1989 (36 years) and had my share of complete nightmares with this company but Andy I believe might have just changed that ! Thx Andy for being so cool !”
