“The UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is my go to for all of my shipping, printing, invitation and thank you card design needs! Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. Thank you for all of your wonderful service over these years!”
“This UPS location is wonderful. I came in to ship a large, heavy package from a 3rd party seller through Amazon and did not have the correct label. Maha at this location was incredibly helpful to me. She guided me step by step on how to contact Amazon, initiate the proper return label from the 3rd party and what steps to take next. Maha turned a stressful experience into a positive one and was more than helpful.”

“This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.”

She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted out. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth, stress-free experience because of her help. The service was fantastic overall, and this location clearly values great customer care.”
“I was bringing 17 pounds of papers to shred in my annual clean-out. As soon as I brought one bag in, the man behind the counter saw me with a cane and told me he would go get the other one. Then he assured me that the next time I might have something in my car difficult for me to handle, to just come in the store and ask for someone to get it out of my car. THAT'S customer service!”
