bad customer service, 1 hours calling, keep you on hold 10 times. first time 1 day late payment, they will not waive your late fee.

Would give zero if possible. Absolutely rude, interruptive, not helpful unless depositng and could care less about customer service or resolution. Refused to help me get a check reissued.

Incredibly polite and cordial. But this has gone on for at least three years every visit! It must be a policy coming down from the top and it's truly a breath of fresh air.
