“We purchased a home with a central vac system and had never used one, so I reached out to Central Vac and Tom responded. He answered questions and even requested pics so that he didn't send me down a wrong path.
I was never pushed for a sale and weeks later ended up upgrading our 25 yr old central vac system. Tom, again, helped out and even threw in some fittings so that I would have everything I needed. With what he sent, installation/replacement only took me about 15 min.

“Tom at the Lake Zurich Rental center really helped me out. I was planning on renting a sewer rodding machine because my shower was backing up. After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. “I stopped by to look for a Moen kitchen faucet part after trying with no success directly through the manufacturer but they didn’t have the part on hand since it’s a older faucet and unfortunately due to the Chyna virus ordering and shipping times are drastically longer than normal but the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and made a photocopy of the parts diagram and luckily I was able to order on Amazon and get the part the next day. They didn’t get a sale(no fault of their own) but they definitely made a client. Thanks gents!”

“Nice store, but it's very inconvenient that the garden center doors aren't open. You have to go through the store and back again with very heavy items such as mulch and bricks.”
“VS menards well stocked but what sets it apart is it's employees are every where and most knowledgeable. Most are from a trade which is invaluable! Plus being a vet i don't have to jump through hoops mailing in receipt or as they count on it forgetting to get 10% off. Do not like current return policy. Even if they stock item you can't even get a store credit if over i guess 30/35$. Unless you have the credit card or receipt. If I kept every receipt I'd need a accountant!”
