“Amazing, and fast service they knew just where everything was, went to create a couple of copy’s for my keys and was done in a literal minute. My go to hardware store in NWI”
“Echoing others on the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. When my local ACE could not figure out how to tint a special order paint base, this staff knew exactly how to do it. All while another staff member chatted soccer with my son. Worth the short drive for all special orders from here on out. Beautiful, well-stocked store with the best staff. Thank you!!”
“I recently purchased a new Weber grill, and Steve was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making it as smooth and hassle-free as possible. A special thanks to Rob for delivering the grill to my doorstep. If you’re in the market for a high-quality grill, I highly recommend this place. They’ll take care of you from the moment you make the purchase until the grill arrives at your doorstep. This is the reason why I’ll always shop here.”
“They are always very helpful with what ever I may need. If they don’t have it in stock they will try to order it for you. They are knowledgeable about their products. They have saved me from buying the wrong product & explained what I would need & how it works.”
“Remember when ACE was the Place...?
Well, it still is. I visited here and it took me back to my childhood, as my Dad was a faithful customer and introduced me to the hardware store. Please stay here, ACE... the community needs you.”

“I've been dealing with them for over 17 years and they have great beyond wonderful and it never occurred to me how much I over looked what they mean to me . This is an original Ma and Pa business , they're brother and sisters and I've never had a bad experience with any of them , they're knowledgeable about plumbing and electric codes and parts , thank you Dave , Lil and the 2 Lindas , great store and wonderful people .”
“I ordered liquid fire drain cleaner, based on the reviews online and not too long later i received a call that my order was ready. As soon as I walked in a older gentleman approached me and ask how may I help you and advised me where to pick up my online order. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the best past of all. The product works very well and the bathroom drains bad clog is clear. Also their price beat out of their competitors.”
“I wouldn't compare Plaza True Value with big box stores (Home Depot and Menards) or even Ace, because they provide services that other stores don't, such as window screens, window panes, and rekeying locks. Super helpful and friendly staff too.”

“Thank you Rachel and her team for the help tonight. We showed up 4 minutes before closing. Rachel and the 2 ladies patiently helped us choose the emergency generator needed. Our area lost power and we didn’t have many options. Rachel helped us pick the generator, extension cords and other miscellaneous items needed to get us going. The other 2 ladies helped us load it into the car. Kudos Rachel and her team! ??”

“Even though I told Adam, I wasn't sure if we're going to buy a toilet from him or not. He really helped us out. It took time with us over the phone to help us understand contemporary toilets. This guy is awesome. Definitely going to buy my next toilet from him!!”
“They have what you need for day to day home maintenance. If you're doing a large project go to a big box store like Home Depot. If you want to be in and out with a quick fitting or some touch up paint, this is your spot.”
“This is a brand new location. I'm actually one of their suppliers, not a customer. However, I can tell you this is a company that truly takes care of their customers as well as their vendors. The positive energy and professionalism displayed from the owner to each and every staff member is unmistakable.”
“This Home Depot went above and beyond this morning. We was waiting on delivery truck that hold generators the staff made sure everyone was ok and got them out of the pour down. Shout out to the staff and also the way they calmed other people down and best customer service.”
“Everybody was really friendly and helpful. Extremely friendly staff. The items that we needed to purchase were extremely dirty and dusty. Had everything we needed in stock.”

“I went there to get food grade co2 and even though that location was out of it the guy who helped me, Jevada, was super helpful! He checked nearby store inventories, found multiple locations that had it in and even called to confirm so that I didn't waste my drive out there. I definitely recommend them!”
