“Bank has its ups and downs wonderful customer service but wish their atm transactions would process faster. They are very understanding with overdrafts though. My phone company has overdrafted me a couple times and busey is always understanding and has refunded the overdraft fee a couple times.”

“Sam at the Troy location was fantastic. We had a large amount of money taken out of our account fraudulently. Sam quickly filled out all of the paperwork and contacted the fraud department for us. Within 2 days, we had our money back in our account and the fees reversed. Sam was friendly and helpful. I appreciate her timely help.”

“I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.”
“I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. Big bunch of cry babies giving crap reviews to lower their ratings.....close your account and move across the street”

“Today I went to the Central Bank at 330 Hartman Lane, O'Fallon IL. I wanted to order more checks and talked to Marilyn Perez. She explained the MaxMoney program to me and I was sold. She was very friendly and did a great job. Then she and Nora Kurtz helped me to sign up for the program. Both are excellent employees and did a 1st class job.”

“All the representatives are friendly and above and beyond to help me . They recently helped me with faxes and emails that were needed for a loan. There were several complications and if they hadn't helped me, I may have lost my mind LOL. They were always patient and never made me feel uncomfortable because I have a lack of technology. I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! “Doug is always awesome! He goes above and beyond to give incredible customer service. We normally go into Fairview at the actual branch. However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”
