“Today, I witnessed and experienced the best, most pleasant customer service in years. Heaven, the cashier at DG was kind and polite and gentle with a person with a disability, as well as an elder. It was reminiscent of how people should treat one another. When I mentioned to her how kind I noticed she was, she humbly remarked, "Thank you." And preceeded to share how you never know what someone's day has been like. A true gem, Heaven is! She should be training customer service staff.”

“The fruit and produce is the best around. It's so refreshing to taste fruit that's sweet like candy. I love the fact that you can get exotic types of fruit not carried in most grocery stores.One of my faves is the donut peach. It's small, very juicy and sweet. Another fruit they carry is the Pink Pineapple. I haven't tried it yet but know someone who has. They said it's sweet like cotton candy. The first time I tried orange melon was from here.Whenever I'm in town I look forward to visiting this produce store to see what's in stock. WARNING: Hot items sell out fast so get it while you can.”
“The store is new and there were a lot of holes on the shelves where product should have been. Typical DG with loading carts in the aisle full of product. The staff did help me find a product and the store is clean as of now.”

“I go to schnucks in O'Fallon pretty much every other day due to my housing situation staying at the super 8 hotel. I'm limited to my refrigerator space and freezer space so that's how often I have to go is every other day. Everybody is always so pleasant and smiling and just very pleasant which is nice cuz it makes it far comfortable place to be and to shop. Everybody is very friendly. They're remodeling is coming along beautifully. Keep up the good work. Thank you”
“Usually quiet, clean and just all together good atmosphere. Their hot food is delicious and convenient and the workers are helpful and nice. The app rewards make shopping here valuable because you get points that can eventually turn into digital cash to spend later. Two thumbs up for me.”
“this store needs to have the "NEEDS HELP" button on there card payment machines so workers when stocking shelves and leaving front desk unattended can be notified that people are waiting I just left there after waiting 10 mins to make my purchase and this happens often”
“Dierbergs is the supermarket known for their local offerings, fresh produce, and inviting lighting. Typically when you are looking for something very specific, you visit Dierbergs. I would compare Dierbergs to Wegmans (if you're on the East Coast). There is something about the staff and lights that make you want to fill a cart immediately. The store is laid out in the fashion where you can get the seasonal items as soon as you walk in (think Christmas cookies or Halloween candy), followed by wine and cheese. They offer a hot food bar for those moments on lunch or just a quick save from cooking. There are not many brands (if any) that will not be available within the aisles. I have never had an instance of not being able to find something I needed/wanted. Checking out is a breeze and pretty standard when thinking of grocery stores. This location also offers a UPS for mailing or mailbox needs.”
“Even if they're short staffed, the staff here are always really friendly and polite. They talk to you like a person and start small talk. The shelves are always stocked and neat. They work really well with what they have”

“Just had another great customer service experience with Dierbergs, Green Mount Crossing. Couldn’t find Creme Fraiche that I needed for a recipe. They went out of their way to locate it in The store and direct us to it. My husband and I are older and this was most appreciated. The service desk person called to different departments and found it. They are always great here but today was just outstanding. Thank you. ?”

“I was in the Belleville Gr. MT. Commons location, and went to the Vision Center to get my eye exam. I had great service from the worker named Logan! She was very friendly, helpful, made sure the new glasses I tried on were very comfortable, compared measurements from my old glasses to the new, and more! She was even multi tasking and answering calls too cuz it was a busy time of day. She offered to also tighten my old glasses cuz they are a bit loose from being old. Anyways, I wanted to give them a great review! I plan to come back for all of my Vision needs. Thank you Logan! :)”
