“I don't know how Mary could have been more invested in any part of this process. She answered all of my questions in as much or as little detail as requested. She was clear and honest the whole time. I played multiple hypotheticals, and Mary always entertained what she could. We had a difficult sale/purchase to say the least and she was constantly involved helping to smooth out any wrinkle that showed up, which included advocating to the other party on my behalf (multiple occasions). It would have been IMPOSSIBLE to have purchased our home without her. The deal simply would have fallen through without her on demand involvement to create multiple custom solutions with weeks and at times days notice. I can't say enough good things about her. It is a no brainer to include her in your home search.”
