“I’ve been coming to this pet store since they opened and Rob is the reason I keep coming back. This place is another bougie pet store with organic/holistic/vegan/etc pet supplies but Rob goes the extra mile for the customers. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and inviting. Not only is he excellent at helping pet owners find what they need, and what they didn’t know they needed, he provides the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. Honestly, he should be a regional manager or something that oversees how all locations interact with customers because they would probably see a significant bump in sales and repeat customers. It’s a nice store with nice products but doesn’t matter how nice your store is if you don’t know how to treat customers. You can just tell he is a good guy and I trust his advice about my four legged family member just as much as my Vet’s.”
“EVERYBODY needs to visit this place and pick up an adorable cake. I buy them for my dogs every year and they are SUPER affordable. Abby helped me yesterday and she was an absolute doll. She was so friendly and made sure I loved the cake! It is always a 10/10 experience here. I will always recommend this place! An absolute gem in the suburbs.”

“It was our Alvin's first time at Kriser's. Amanda is the BEST! She has a genuine love for her work and does such and amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable and her love for what she does really shines through. Alvin just loves her and so do we. It's been a week or so since his appointment and he still feels so soft. “We love Hollywood Feed! The wash bays are perfect for our dog and we usually use the food delivery service which makes it possible to not worry about forgetting to get the food for our dogs. It's a wonderful service!!”

They've offered me good advice for my cat, whether it was trying to find a food to help her gain weight or fixing a problem of peeing outside the litterbox. You can tell they're really caring and I appreciate their helpfulness.”

“Picked up contacts next door and popped in here afterwards, and what a lovely surprise! This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”

“So this was my first attempt at using the self wash station for my dog. I was on the verge of giving up. The young groomer that walked past saw my struggle and came in and helped me when i was about to give up. I want to thank you so much for your kindness and helping me get him in and staying in while i was washing him and talking to him. You were absolutely amazing and i will be back. If i had cash i would have given you a tip right there on the spot. I sadly didn’t get there name but you said you had a cane corso and a pitty. Your help meant the world to me. You are beautiful person, and i will be coming back just because of you. You even stayed in there comforting us both while i gave him a bath and he made sure he showered me. “Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”
