“Suzy is a top notch dog groomer! I am very particular when it comes to who I choose to care for my pet and Suzy exceeds my expectations. She’s kind, gentle and caring which is my first priority, but, her grooming skills are exceptional. I’m always pleased with how my “pup” turns out, and, I always get asked about who grooms her. Additionally, Suzy discovered that my dog had a cracked tooth that needed prompt attention, and she put me in touch with a vet that specializes in veterinary dental care. She is THE BEST of THE BEST!”

“Hammie and I love this Pet Supplies Plus! We use the self-service dog wash almost weekly, and sometimes the grooming services too. The staff is absolutely amazing - everyone is always so excited to see Hammie, and they shower her with love, attention, and treats every time we visit. They truly make us feel at home. The prices are reasonable, there are always great sales, and the store regularly hosts fun events. It’s hands down the best pet store experience we’ve had, and the incredible staff is the reason we keep coming back.”

“Every time that our family leaves for an extended vacation, we are never worried about where to leave our boy, Neo. We always get a suite for him and have him enrolled in the group play daily. We always purchase Kongs and pup treats for him. But we are allowed to bring our own treats from home as well as his bed and blanket. We just picked him up from a 9 night stay a couple of weeks ago. A few days before we dropped him off, Neo had to be on medication for a sore on his lip and the staff there were diligent about continuing to apply the medications and antibiotics. They even called me midway through vacation to just inform me of his progress. I always feel comfortable calling for updates whenever we are away and they report back to me how he's eating, how he's playing with the other dogs, and whether he's using the bathroom. It is worth the money to have that kind of peace of mind and to know that our dog is safe and happy. Thank you so much for all you do!”

“I happen to have been speaking with Sharon, the store manager. She was ever so kind and compassionate. She knows one of my two cats who are brothers, the runt more than likely has cancer. She told me months ago to take him to the vet. She is well suited for her role in management. She goes over and beyond in helping people that come through their doors.
In fact, several of those that work for her are absolutely the best.
A great store, even though it is further away, I enjoy going there.”

“This has been a staple stop for years. Years and years. We have gotten a little of everything for our various pets.
My last trip was pretty special. In hopes to cheer my friend up, I recorded little clips and sang over them, yes, while in the store to cheer her up over a recovery of a surgery.
Even one of the specialists fed rhe archerfish while I was there for some footage! Overall, a really nice place with unique offerings of fish and other aquatic life. It is worth the trip!”

This failure to deliver an offered service (I did receive an email stating I could now get a visit summary) is on the edge of being so frustrating that I may decide to not use Vetco again, nor to recommend your services to others.”
“Placed an order online for pickup for a critical fishtank item which was needed right away. Other places in the area didn't have it in stock and I wondered if this Petco location had accurate, up to date stick information I could count on because it was getting late and if the pick-up was unsuccessful I would be in a real predicament.
As it went I received a message about 15 minutes later saying my order was ready, I headed over to the store and within two minutes if arriving I was walking out with my ordered item in hand which was ready to go right at the registers in the front of the store.
Needless to say I was appreciative of their website's inventory accuracy, the speed at which they processed my order and the ease of the pickup itself. A+ all the way around and they were friendly to boot.”
“I have been looking for a groomer for Lucy for 4 years. It is always something that had me looking for someone different. If this has happened to you, look no further. Noah is the BEST! He listens to you and cares about your pets needs. He takes his time and your pet has his undivided attention. If your dog is constantly getting ear infections, instead of bringing them to a vet, try having Noah groom them and see if your present groomer is to blame. He is meticulous in keeping your pet healthy.”

“Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”
