“Went last minute and was able to get a beautiful birthday cupcake for my niece , I was also able to obtain the birthday hats and candle !! It was delicious she enjoyed it! Will definitely be our go to place for treats. Staff was extremely friendly.”
“Brought my newly adopted hospice pup to Gigi's for his first ever grooming. He was in bad need of a proper shower and cut & came to us after surgeries so parts of him were shaved. He has trauma issues and is blind. The girls at Gigi's took him in with such care and loved him. They took their time with him and he came out to me looking so handsome and at ease. Very happy”
“I want to give praise to Bentley's Pet Stuff in Downers Grove. Especially to Robert & Heather they are amazing. They have helped Vanilla Bean. I got vanilla July 17th 2022 and she had issues not wanting to eat or drink much. Robert & Heather have went out of their way. To help me get food to try to get her to eat she would eat it once or twice and that would be the end of it. I would make regular trips up there once a week. And nobody can tell us anything at the vets. We took her to the vet several times two different vets to try to find out what was wrong. Nobody can tell me what was wrong. Finally October 3rd 2023 we finally figured out what was wrong it was something calcified in her stomach. Surgery was emergency for Vanilla. Vanilla is a picky eater still but she's at least eating three to four times a day. I still go to Bentley's on a weekly basis to see if I could find something that she will eat. It's become costly with the surgery as well as trying to find a food that she will eat. Thank youRobert & Heather at Bentley's pet stuff in Downers Grove”

“I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience.My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. She also failed to give my dog his free treats for his birthday. Very disappointing.”
“Chloe takes GREAT care of Noodles on when she visits. Getting her nails trimmed is her least favorite thing and Chloe and the rest of the staff always calm her down with their care to detail and her feelings. It makes bringing her to Kriser's the right choice every time.”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”

“I used to come here with Buddy Boy, my cat. Buddy was very friendly despite being feline. The other customers, staff and management got to know him and would stop to say hi and greet him. Which he happily obliged. From shopping for canned food and catnip with me to strutting past the doggy daycare (his favorite pastime), we both had nothing but postive visits every month.Unfortunately, Buddy Boy passed away in 2020. We weren't living near Darien anymore but one of my first thoughts were of this PetsMart. My heart is still broken from Buddy leaving us. He loved going to your store, getting love from everyone: the staff, the workers and other customers. He enjoyed every minute of it. Even when I would have to fish him out of the Cat Trees. I enclosed a pic of Buddy in case anyone remembers him. He really loved you all.I cannot say I ever had a bad experience at this establishment. It's been years since I've been there. I'm confident it's still the warm inviting place it's always been.”

“Good selection at this Pet Supplies Plus location. They offer self serve washing and grooming. The one thing that's a bummer is that they are discontinuing bulk bird food, which is probably the main reason I shop at PSP and not an online store. It's still great to buy things in person and patronize a local store.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.”
