“By far the best thrift store I've ever been to. Crazy selection, crazy turnover rate, and good deals. The guy is fair and will negotiate with you on pricing without beating you up.I would recommend at least stopping in once so you can see what I'm talking about.”
“The Nicest people ever run this resale shop. Obviously since it’s resale, stock changed frequently. I Just attended their ribbon cutting at their new location and it’s fantastic! So easy to get to, a much easier space to shop in and they have more storage and sorting area, too. Please bring all your gently used goods to LRC!”
“Years a go received their help with dignify and emphatic. Pillars is wonderfull and this store good complement. Thanks so much I hope be there soon.Congratulations”
“I love visiting new places, especially resale shops. My friend and I found this shop on Google and decided to visit. The parking is great, the outside of the shop is welcoming, the pricing is fair and the staff were welcoming. The store is very well organized, clothing items are sized and other items are in specific areas depending on the item. They provide a fitting room if you need to try anything on. They do not have a bathroom so beware if you are the person who after shopping for a while need to take a bathroom break you will need to leave and come back. Overall, we were very pleased with this resale shop and it is now on our list of go to shopping places.”
“Love coming here! The staff is so friendly and engaging. I always find treasures when I stop in to look around. I'd rather shop here, where the proceeds go to support NAWS, than shop at national chains who are for profit.”
“You can’t beat the quality, cleanliness, and prices her not to mention such a wonderful organization helping so many in need. This is a must stop on your resale adventures”
“Lovely little shop with nice variety and reasonable prices. A few men's clothes, women's, household/decor. Proceeds benefit the hospital (per the nice cashier lady I asked), such as something for the NICU, etc. There are always people unable to afford hospital bills; this is a creative way to help care for those in need.
Glad to have discovered this store!”
“They have a great selection at this location, especially high end items! Just be aware-it’s still a goodwill-it’s always packed, tight aisles, stuff EVERYWHERE. But, for the price, it’s worth the trip”
“We went on Friday 11/10/23 at 2:15PM. The store was quite crowded and difficult to navigate the isle with a shopping cart. Some display shelves were very messy. Maybe due to the crowd of people. It's usually better organized.”
“VERY WELL ORGANIZED, clean, the staff was very helpful, and I had a good time hunting for fun stuff. I found some throwback jeans!!!
If you are a "thrifter", this is a fun store....and... you are contributing to a great cause. Thank you, Goodwill !”
“Large donation center, well organized. Plenty of parking, Handicapped accessible entry. Most items reasonably priced, but a few were overpriced. Large assortment of goods for perusal and purchase. Enough cashiers ready at checkout. Restrooms clean and available for patrons. I would shop here again.”
“I’ve frequented the Crest Hill store on many occasions, to both sell and shop. I was actually very impressed with the quality of items and how well the store is organized and arranged. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful, offering any assistance and helping me load and unload my car when needed. I understand how the buying process works and have always been satisfied with the $$ received on my items. It’s easy and quick cash so it beats just giving it away or going through the agony of a garage sale. I appreciate that they truly take the time and effort to diligently look up every item to make sure they are offering you a fair price while keeping the item at a cost where they can still turn around and sell it at a large discount back to the public. The owners Dave & Tina take great pride in their stores and it shows with their commitment to providing the best customer service and quality of items. I will definitely continue shopping and selling to New Uses!”
“Went to this Goodwill store first time on Friday with my daughter and we loved it. Employees were friendly could be a little more proactive (training 101) but my sales rep was awesome and she offered me a rewards card to use for future items. It was nice to see that 'Everything had a place, and a Place for everything' nothing on the floors. However, I do suggest they keep a close eye on some of the clothing on the racks that have threadingloose some were torn seems like from hangers or mishandled from customers and those items should be removed. It is good to see that you show the quality and care for what you display and sale in your store because, it's the first and last impression of the day that can make an impact on your customers. I visit this store again.”
“The girls who work here are so so funny, sweet, and kind. I actually havnt met a nice group of girls in awhile so it was very refreshing to see them all getting along and having fun while doing their jobs. And the clothes are clothes, cute, found 2 sun dresses, I'm happy”

“Doing the most good,
not giving $100k to district managers and Millions to CEOs as Geed-Will does
Blessing others is a great way to receive a blessing. If love doesn't cost you something, is it really love? ?”
“I really liked this store. Tons of variety. Great prices. I hate even giving this review because I feel like I'm giving away my secret favorite new place to shop. Hahaha”
