I can’t tell where the damage was repaired and the paint match and blending was high level. Litwin Garcia was the manager that guided me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout repairs.”

“I had a great experience getting a used explorer for my 18 year old son before he goes to college. Michael was an extremely kind and helpful salesman. He applies no pressure at all to buy anything you don’t want, which was huge relief. They helped me a little bit on the price and offered to fix something on the vehicle for free even though it was a used car and they aren’t guaranteed. Dan the sales manager helped me out as well. “These guys and girls are awesome! A little over a year ago, my car hydroplaned and the front right tire clipped the curb while I was trying to cut hard left to avoid the curb. Needless to say, the car was not drivable due to tire damage and structural components connected to it. I have never been in an accident before and they kept me up to date and informed me every step of the way! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my tie rod disconnected on the same side of the accident. Long story short, this was most likely due to the original accident and insurance wouldn’t have replaced it then and wouldn’t replace it now. Crash Champions replaced it FREE OF CHARGE! Thank you guys for your professionalism and integrity! Would recommend them to anybody! There’s a reason they have 100 plus reviews with 4.5 stars!”

“I had to replace my license plate and couldn’t get the old one off. Ended up breaking one bolt and stripping the other. Liberty took my car without an appointment, drilled out the broken bolt and put on the new plate with new bolts. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic!”

“Exceptional customer service that i have never ever seen when purchasing a car. Truly a unique and great experience. I felt they looked out for my pocketbook even asking me if I belonged to COSTCO as that would be an additional reduction to the price of the car. There was no pressure when trying to decide if I wanted to buy the car or not. Just answered my questions. Honestly im still in shock on how smooth everything went from 1st meeting them to leaving in my new car. Special mention to Lian and Matt. Just a great experience with them. Other dealerships should take note on their recipe/approach.”
