I can’t tell where the damage was repaired and the paint match and blending was high level. Litwin Garcia was the manager that guided me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout repairs.”

The two gentlemen who helped me were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. The installation was clean, neat, and looked like it came from the factory.
What stood out most was their customer service. It's becoming harder to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, but these guys went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the system, and treated me with respect throughout the process.
The pricing was excellent, the workmanship was great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use Perfect Soundz again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dash camera installation or other vehicle electronics.

He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. “Moved to the area a few years ago and bought a used S40 T5. Brought it to Darren to check it out and he has take care of it for me ever since. He does great work, is honest and upfront. He advises you on when things can wait a bit to be done vs need to be done urgently. My car is running great!
I think that my favorite thing about Darren is his honesty. A couple of times I asked him about a repair and instead of leading me along or quoting me on something he was only guessing on, he just told me that this particular repair is beyond his knowledge or expertise. And at least one of those times he had a recommendation for who to go to. He helped me make that connection.
I honestly wish Darren would look at my other non-Volvo cars… or maybe I should just trade them all in for Volvos because I would bring them all to him.”

“My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road.

“Our family was hanging out In Libertyville at Adler Park for the evening on a Saturday night and upon returning to our car we heard the sssssss sound of our tire losing air. We were desperate for help as the pressure got down too low. Everything in the area was closed but as we approached Marty’s we found some light on and a few guys in the garage despite it being the weekend. We asked if we could leave the car over the weekend to get it fixed on Monday, and Marty said he would fix it for us right then and there. It was truly a miracle for us as we don’t live close by and getting home would have been expensive and hard since we’re a big family. Amazing service, and a truly Good Samaritan! thank you so very much!”

They strive to keep the car as original as possible and have the guys to help make it happen. Fairly priced or even considered cheap if you compare it to a dealership. Nice to see John and Mike in business for over 20 years. If they can’t get you in right away, don’t get discouraged, it is worth the wait.”

I felt they looked out for my pocketbook even asking me if I belonged to COSTCO as that would be an additional reduction to the price of the car. There was no pressure when trying to decide if I wanted to buy the car or not. Just answered my questions.
