Within a short time all my questions were answered.Michelle talked to me when I called on her day off!Dominick came after a long day at 7pm to install for me. Thanks so much, everyone.I had the back side of house with bedrooms and bathrooms done with blinds. The family, dining and kitchen have solar shades. I especially love the battery operated shades for the kitchen windows. I am able to use a remote to raise and lower them. I would not be able to reach them easily across the counters.”

“This store is the best! Where do I even begin? I have been a customer here for years now, and I can confidently say that I have never in my life received better customer service anywhere. Drake and James are always on top of their game and it shows in their work. Every time i've needed a color match they have never failed me or my customers. On top of that, if I need an order ready before hand I know if I give them at least a 24 hour notice they'll have it ready for me to pick up the next morning, which is really import to me. “This is long overdue, but I wanted to give a shout out for the service I received at this location. I needed to have some SEM-brand paint (Warm Gray) matched to a sample part I painted with a rattle can. One of the women that worked in the Waukegan location did a phenomenal job matching it for me. The original mix formulation for a quart size specified by the manufacturer wasn't quite right so she was accepted the challenge to manipulate the color to nearly perfect. I wish I could remember her name and give her full recognition.”

When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”
