“Nice electronics store. I try and stay out because i always find stuff i wanna buy when i do go in and I really shouldn't. Sales staff is very nice. My only beef is that last time I went in for an Apple Watch they hard sold me on a best buy card I didn't really want or need. Oh well. If I am in the market for electronics that I can't order online and wouldn't have delivered, this is my go too. As infrequently as possible for the sake of my budget. I will also never ever go around Christmas, as the day after Christmas and the black Thursday/Friday/Monday whatever, is insane.”

“The security personnel were courteous and professional. Upon arrival, the security personnel will verify your identity and direct you to the appropriate dock. The designated unloader will arrive at your vehicle to remove the seal and inspect the shipment. Subsequently, you will be directed to the next available dock door for unloading. The unloading process for my trailer was completed efficiently within a 40-minute timeframe. Following the unloading, the completed paperwork will be conveniently placed at the rear of your trailer. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory, and I extend my gratitude to CDW for their exceptional service.”
“First purchase. Item is unobtainium. Nowhere else in the country has any in stock and they were selling cheaper than I've ever seen it. I had to read over it several times to make sure I wasn't imagining things. This was around 8pm Eastern time. Within 30 minutes I get an email the order has shipped. That immediately raised some red flags. They didn't provide a tracking number but I checked the Fedex app and sure enough a label was created.I know there's a lot of negative reviews and this probably looks like a fake one but if you see my other reviews I am no stranger to writing really scathing 1 star reviews when it's warranted. I think I see what the problem is here. For starters, they're drop shipping. At least they did with my order. Less control over order fulfillment. And someone else brought up that they are requiring signature. On my order, they wrote in the address line 2 space "Signature Required" but they didn't actually select that option for the shipment. It was delivered, like practically all online orders, without a signature despite it saying signature required on the label. I don't know what they're trying to do with that. Maybe get signature service without paying for it but either way, there may be some truth to those other reviews.Posted July 2022. No customer service was required. Everything is subject to change without notice. Using a virtual card with auto locking feature isn't a bad idea given the iffy reviews but I'd order again.”
