If you been in an accident and your car has mechanical problems with the tires and suspension (not drivable) please just CASHOUT!!! The insurance will only cover body frame problems and fix only the side it got damaged getting hit from the other vehicle AND they will consider you car wear and tear or RUSTED (even if you maintain your car) if it’s an older car, for example 10+ years please CASHOUT! Because they will return your car with problems still and you’ll be dealing with fixing other parts that were caused by the accident.
PLEASE DO CASHOUT, YOU WONT REGRET IT!! What you will regret is going with the body shop. If you cash out you will have the option to pick your trusted mechanic or have the money to get another car!”

“10/10 experience. They print out the Carfax and make you sign each page. I like how transparent they are. I was in and out within an hour. When you put down a deposit on a car, they will actually hold the car for you. They will not sell the car from under you. Overall, I could not be more happy with my experience.
