“I recently had to return something that I had for well over three months, I know sometimes companies can't do refunds over 30 days or it would be a merchandise credit which I was fine for, but I really wanted to see what they could do. They were some rotors that have never been used. The gentleman at the counter, I believe he said his name was Connor was very adamant about helping us, he had a great positive attitude. He even called his boss to make sure I would be getting my money back as this was an online order and he was not as familiar with them. I would also like to shout at the boss for answering the phone. I really appreciate that that showed great customer service and that both of them really did care it wasn't much but 100 something dollars But they were even able to get it back to me in cash since I did not have my original card. I don't know if this is policy or if they made an exception but either way I really want to thank them and whoever's been training them. Thank you guys so much! I will be purchasing almost anything car related from this company !”

I went to advance auto parts store in Pickens, South Carolina at 2900 Gentry Memorial Parkway. I was assisted by an employee named Jacob .he assisted me on the phone when I called initially called on 3/16/26 to order some parts. I assumed the vehicle problem(wheel bearing and hub assembly) . upon disassembly the morning of the 17th I noticed there were other parts that I was going to need that were also defective., so I took the defective parts with me when I picked up my initial parts order.
When I went to the counter to inquire, I asked for Jacob. he was busy with a customer, but I waited till he was through with them. I told him I brought some additional parts that I need.and maybe he could look up and add to the purchase. He researched,referenced and cross-referenced ,conferred with the manager of the store. after a considerable amount of time and effort he found the part for my Vehicle. found a solution and The right part. I am thankful for that.!!He was knowledgeable in his job and cared for the customer. doing in my opinion Extra Effort?

Although it took longer than just coming in and picking up my original parts, the time and on research to find my additional damage part to replace and for the best outcome from my situation, I say Jacob persevered and conferred with his team.

I ended up being towed there with a battery that wouldn't charge and the man who helped me was super kind and diagnosed a freak problem. I am from out of town and y'all saved my day!! Store was super organized and clean, staff is Amazing!!”
