Went to get a tool replaced and customer service was great. They were very nice and because they didn't have the exact same size they gave me the next size up.

Did not have what I needed. And what I did buy, which I returned was found cheaper at Home Depot. And they had what I needed. I'd overall give the view and vibe of Lowe's as Mehhhh.
