I walked around to look for a crystal cabinet knob...but they were all out. The man at the cash register was also friendly and wished me a great day. “This review is as much for Studio41 the company as it is for the associate who helped us through the entire peocess, Angela L.
My family of three walked in several months ago shopping for an odd sized replacement vanity for a batheoom Each person had his/her own idea of what constituted good. The large selection of vanities and faucets and even toilets made the down selection process even more difficult. Good on Studio41 for having such a large collection in stock at very competitive prices so that one can visualize the outcome much easier than at a big box store.
What really pushed it over the finish line was the Studio41 sales associate Angela L who helped us. Her knowledge in bathroom renovation, the products Studio41 carries, compatibility between products made by different manufactures, and even availability of local contractors was second to none. She knew everything and was able to help us focus and guide us through the whole process. From design ideas to ordering to delivery to installation, she followed up when required, contacted the suppliers on our behalf when we had questions she could not answer to make sure things go smoothly. We would have been pretty lost without this guidance and would have certainly wasted a lot of time project managing so many disparate manufacturers and contractors.
In the end, the outcome was better than we expected and frankly surprisingly painless for people who had never done a bathroom remodel before. So kudos to Studio41 for its huge selection and in person shopping experience. Kudos to Angela L for being there for us from beginning to end. I have 3 more bathrooms and I'll be back!”
