“This review is as much for Studio41 the company as it is for the associate who helped us through the entire peocess, Angela L. My family of three walked in several months ago shopping for an odd sized replacement vanity for a batheoom Each person had his/her own idea of what constituted good. The large selection of vanities and faucets and even toilets made the down selection process even more difficult. Good on Studio41 for having such a large collection in stock at very competitive prices so that one can visualize the outcome much easier than at a big box store. What really pushed it over the finish line was the Studio41 sales associate Angela L who helped us. Her knowledge in bathroom renovation, the products Studio41 carries, compatibility between products made by different manufactures, and even availability of local contractors was second to none. She knew everything and was able to help us focus and guide us through the whole process. From design ideas to ordering to delivery to installation, she followed up when required, contacted the suppliers on our behalf when we had questions she could not answer to make sure things go smoothly. We would have been pretty lost without this guidance and would have certainly wasted a lot of time project managing so many disparate manufacturers and contractors. In the end, the outcome was better than we expected and frankly surprisingly painless for people who had never done a bathroom remodel before. So kudos to Studio41 for its huge selection and in person shopping experience. Kudos to Angela L for being there for us from beginning to end. I have 3 more bathrooms and I'll be back!”

“Devin at the shelving service desk was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in with a homemade drawing and took about 2hrs of his time. He was the most patient and kind (and funny) professional. Closet shopping is not something you want to do on a beautiful holiday weekend and I can imagine not something he wants to be helping two annoying people with but he did it with grace and we are very thankful! Thank you Devin!!!!!”

“Never knew about this place. My sister's church had some draperies and blinds clean there. So she expressed to me how friendly and affordable and welcoming they were. And they are. They are not set up yet for credit card purchases. But you can do a check or cash. Very easy.”

“I regularly shop at Studio 41 on N Pulaski Rd for my projects and always make a point to check their outlet store as well. Jose has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He stays on top of both new and older inventory and is great at helping source specific items. If something isn’t available, he follows up as soon as it comes in. As someone who works on renovation projects, I really appreciate his product knowledge and customer service. Highly recommended.”

“I definitely prefer Menards over Home Depot because everyone is very helpful and friendly and they always have random, bizarre stuff I end up throwing in my cart. The only thing Home Depop has over Menards are those delicious hot dogs on the way out!”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Brian in the appliance department at Home Depot. He normally works in doors and windows however, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right refrigerator for my home rather than just making a sale. Brian took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between the various models, and helped me compare features, pricing, and value. His professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like Brian's is hard to find these days. Thank you, Brian, for making this such a positive experience!”

“We visit this Home Depot from time to time when working in the area. It's not my regular Home Depot, but most HD's are organized in the same way. No frills, no drills, nothing to write home about. On this last visit we picked up a Milwaukee plumbing tool, and some Husky attachments. We learned that the original snake on the plumbing tool did not simply take the attachments. We needed to order a thicker snake anyway, so everything worked out.”

“Very helpful staff and especially delightful checkout folks. It’s my neighborhood store, so of course I’ll keep coming here, but the mosquito alarms in the upper parking lot are pure torture. I was nearly in tears trying to load my car, even with earplugs in. There has got to be a better way to deter loiterers that doesn’t punish loyal shoppers. Otherwise, fantastic store.”
