“It is fun just to stop by sometimes and say hello to the animals. I have gotten 1 hedgehog (Oscar), 1 dwarf rabbit (Ramona), and 2 richardson ground squirrels (Chip and Dale) from here so far. The hedgie and the dwarf rabbit were/are great members of the family and I assume the ground squirrels will be too! It has taken a couple days but they are already starting to explore their room and even take food (treats) from my hand. They are still skittish but my nerves have waned greatly knowing that they are both eating and will get out of their hide.”

The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”

“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”
“Ewa, Has been a real gem we found locally for our pets needs She had some special batch she'd mix up a special senior food for our sweetheart Rat terrier Ivy and would very efficiently send it when we needed it Ivy just loved the flavor of it Was probably the best food that she really had a love for all her life! “I had a really good experience at this pet supplies store. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to walk through. They had a wide selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, including options for different types of pets.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were some good deals available compared to other stores. Checkout was quick and smooth. I want to compliment the store manager, though busy, he is always quick to assist his staff when they needed him. The cashier who assisted me needed the manager, the manager was quick to come and see what the cashier needed help with, very efficient.”
