“This CVS is by far the best I've visited. The pharmacists and techs are on top of it- so much so, they know me by name now. It honestly feels like a family owned pharmacy more than a large chain. They are patient, kind, understanding, and explain medication side effects and interactions with other prescriptions. If I ever have questions, they're quick to answer them and if they're away, they call me back quickly with a reply. I would highly recommend this CVS!”

“The pharmacist is incredible keeping me safe with my never ending list of allergies which includes reactions to the inactive ingredients in the medication. The delivery service is the major problem. Since I live in the western suburbs our delivery window has always been one of the last, most likely, the last. When we select the early 12pm - 3pm, my medication is delivered but late. The problem is the 6pm - 9pm where the medication was delivered at 10:20pm and cancelled when its close to 9pm or after.
When I complained about the extremely late 10:20, the customer service had never responded. I am extremely upset about the delivery driver cancelling my delivery at 8:43pm when he was 14 minutes away from my house. The Customer Service response will determine if I remain with Capsule or transfer everything to a new pharmacy...
UPDATE: The customer service has contacted me this morning to help resolve the situation. I completely understand my delivery order will be cancelled due to inclement weather. The early time period is the best window for the delivery to avoid the late night deliveries and cancellations. When the driver is approaching your home, meet the driver at the door. Do not wait for the doorbell. The driver has a tight delivery window.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dylan at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, and I really want to take a moment to recognize how exceptional he was throughout a very stressful process.
I was going through an egg-freezing cycle and had to arrange several expensive fertility medications, which was already overwhelming. I spoke with Dylan several times over the phone, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and genuinely willing to help.
What especially impressed me was that Dylan took the time to tell me about the Heart Tomorrow savings program for one of my medications — something my doctors had not even mentioned to me. He then went above and beyond by faxing the required paperwork to my doctors, twice, to make sure the application could move forward. He personally followed up and stayed involved in the process rather than simply telling me what I needed to do and leaving me to figure everything out on my own.
Every time I called, Dylan was available and took the time to answer my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him, and he was always incredibly reassuring. During a process as emotionally and financially stressful as fertility treatment, having someone on the other end of the phone who is patient, compassionate, and genuinely takes the time to help makes a huge difference.
Dylan provided a level of care and kindness that I honestly did not expect from a pharmacy. He made an otherwise very difficult process feel much more manageable, and I am extremely grateful for everything he did to help me.

“I can’t explain how much of a God send Jason and his partner have been to me. I recently was diagnosed with CHF and extreme water retention, to the point that it has made me home bound. 3 years ago I was taking no meds at all and today I have 15 different medications. The stress of that alone, has made things very taxing. Then to have to deal Walgreens and the way they treat their customers, made things all the worse.So when my doctor told me to start using Fullerton pharmacy…(which btw I never knew was even there ?) “Review written 12/23/2025. Women’s bathroom had heavy odor - in need of a deep cleaning . Also the signage was wrong by the Charmin - they advertised sale price but when reading the fine print, the tags were put by the wrong items.
However I really like this location for many reasons. It has a medicine disposal kiosk and has plenty of parking and is in convenient location.”
