“Such an amazing crew! I called in advance and Corey told me how to find them, upon pulling in a lovely gentleman immediately greeted me and was so very kind. They gave me thorough info on what was needed now and what I will need to do in future. The true impressing factor was the team worked TOGETHER! And they actually seemed to have fun and enjoy the service they provide. Seldom seen in today's workplace. All goes back to leadership. I will be back and will recommended to everyone I know. “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”
“My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road.

“I had to send my wife over there for a battery installation on my truck because I was out of town. I was expecting to have to remove and clean terminals on my cables after I got back. The guys did an exceptional job, it looks like they detail cleaned it with a brush and terminal cleaner then sprayed a protectant on it afterwards. Battery is securely mounted. I will definitely return next time we need help.”
