“I had a cracked tail housing in my automatic transmission. I brought it in on Wednesday afternoon and work was completed and I picked the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. I also had them do a oil change. I thought the price for the transmission work was reasonable but thought the oil change was a bit pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and I appreciated the fast turnaround on getting my vehicle back. I would recommend this company for any transmission work.”

“I've been taking my 2015 Honda CRV to Honda of Lisle for several years now. (I've also taken my son's 2015 Honda CRV to them as well, when he has been in town and needed repairs.) They have always treated me fairly and have never recommended a repair that I didn't need. Their workmanship is outstanding. And when I have encountered a problem, they have always made things right. In fact, they have gone way above my expectations at times to make sure that I know that I'm a valued customer. To be frank, I can't recommend them highly enough. And now that they've got a new Illy Coffee machine (those things cost over $7,000 retail), even the waiting room is a treat.”

“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.
