“I went here for drive up COVID test for pre-op. The young Indian lady who took my test was absolutely, genuinely kind and gentle. It's not fun having that thing up your nose, but she was so calm she made me comfortable. Kudos.”

“Quest has always been a good experience no matter the location.
This was my first time using their Naperville Office.
Checked in on my phone after arrival and was called shortly.
Easy in and out.
Tech was very friendly and efficient.
I always try to schedule early appointments and don't seem to have some of the issues experienced by other reviewers.
Maybe that's the trick!”
“Been going to the original location since 2015, love the new location and as always the staff was SUPER kind and friendly. This is a great way to make extra money. The taste testings are great for quick same day cash. And the larger studies pay very well for little work. You are paid with a cash card that can easily be loaded into Amazon or Venmo.”

“I have to say I am impressed with the staff here. One of the nurses detected a heart condition my son had . We were in for something else and she said something was just not right and within minutes after an EKG , it was determined that he needed to see a pediatric cardiologist. We had no idea that he had this until it was detected here. I came in with a nauseous sensation I had for a week a while ago and was told to get to ER. I needed my appendix removed. Thank goodness for the doctors and nursing staff here.”
“My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”
