“By far the best customer service at this Verizon location. All of the employees seem to enjoy their job, extremely helpful and friendly. Even though the store was busy and employees were busy with customers, they acknowledged I was there and assured they would assist as soon as they were through with that customer. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people.
