“I usually don't write reviews but we just left a post office with a smile. Wasn't expecting 5 star service but that's exactly what we got when getting my 6 month year olds passport. The staff treated us like their own family and the process went as smooth as it could. If you have post office type things to get taken care of, this is the place to go. I'll be going here for all my post office needs and might even stop in to say hi to the great staff they have working here.”
“Usually I come here after a less than satisfying trip to the Westmont Post Office and this location is a breath of fresh air. The employees are helpful and kind. Even when there is a long line behind me, they still don't rush or make it feel like I'm inconveniencing them.”
“This is truly the USPS I’ve ever been to. I had trouble getting my fingerprints but both ladies there had so much patience with me and really tried everything what they can do to help me out for literally an hour and a half. And I eventually was able to get record from FBI within the day, thanks to the two best employees in this location. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their persistence and service-mindedness. Thank you so much again!! You guys are the best!!”
“On the positive side, the workers were helpful when I had questions about international shipping. On the negative side, only two employees were working in the front, and I stood in line for about 10 minutes before receiving help. In comparison to other USPS locations, I would say this staff was more polite and helpful, and the wait time was about average.”
“Went into the Villa Park post office yesterday and a women named Tara took care of me. She was the nicest person I've ever seen work there. I'm not sure why the post office doesn't hire more people like Tara. She was very helpful and assisted me with my shipment. “All my life I’ve dealt with carol steam post office..always rude people/clearly showing they hate their jobs so I expected the same level of energy at the Winfield location. Except to my surprise Winfield staff are really nice and very professional!. I made an appointment for 3 passports and Kyu was very accommodating, nice and thorough. The lady working next to him was also pleasant to everyone who came in to drop off mails or whatever.”

“Our local post office opens at 8:30am perfect for dropping off packages or in my case picking up a last minute card and gift card. Since I rarely use the postal service, I usually had questions on how different kinds of mail service work. Each time the employees there answered my questions patiently and helped me find the best rate. The packages I've sent so far have all reached their destinations in the time frame promised.”

I had been having issues with booking an appointment on the website, and thought I had set his appointment up for yesterday. Apparently the appointment booking didn’t work. “This place has easy accessible parking lot iff the store. Spacious area with island and supplies ( for purchase) to prepare your package. PO box is available. Andrea was very helpful and friendly. Speedy service with no lines.PLEASE MAKE A NOTE-post office will be closed for lunch from 1-2.If you are picking up missed Package(s), please do not goto this location. All packages pick up at carol stream location.There is no access to printer here so please print your label at home. Cashier will not able to print your label however QR CODE is okay for her to accept it.”

“I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I gotta say that my experience at this location has been pretty positive. My mail carrier is great and when I've gotten a notice that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home, I've always been able to get it the next day without issue. The hours do make it tough, but luckily I have the flexibility to get to the facility when they are open. I did have to call once after tracking a package and finding out it was at the facility but hadn't been delivered. The individual I spoke with (I wish I'd gotten his name...) was helpful and pulled someone out of a meeting to help me track it down. They found the package and I picked it up later that day. Sometimes they get it right!!!”
