“I reserved a storage locker online, but I wasn’t quite sure that the space I rented was the right size for my needs, so I popped in to take a look in person. I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt I was in good hands. Shout out to Dee for great customer service!
For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”
“No issues with storage. Management is friendly and helpful. Easy in and out and not dealing with weather. Like all storage facilities it seems rent goes up every year as well as insurance. The business that is operating up front in several units is interesting. .”
