“Steve was very helpful, I had issues with fraud on my credit card so I needed to update my payment method thru the website. Steve called to ask me if we were leaving the unit. He noticed it was taken off auto-pay. He explained how the changes I made removed us from autopay. Walked me thru what to do to reset autopay, and also informed me of a reduction in the monthly charge.If Steve was not so diligent, the autopay would have failed and created a late fee.Thank you, Steve, for being attentive.”

He provided me plenty of instruction which was very helpful. Unit was clean and easy to access... Rates seem to change weekly if not daily. The only hidden fee is a $3 energy fee which seems pretty lame since there is no place to use any energy... other than that I highly recommend!”

“Simple and easy! I have never rented a storage space before and Cube had a simple online reservation system. I did have to purchase the cylinder lock (which is different than the padlock that I had), but with the cylinder type it is impossible to cut.I also had to purchase the basic $12/ month insurance even though my homeowners insurance covers the contents in the storage space. I will obtain this form from my insurance company so future months do not need to be billed.”

They listen to your needs and provide the best help they can according to their possibilities.
