“The people there are very friendly!They are not as modern as a cube smart,but the prices are very reasonable. They don't have 24 hr. access but I never had trouble accessing my unit,they are open most days with plenty of time to access your unit!This is one of the reasons their prices are lower!”

“Craig was incredibly helpful & courteous! He made the process of renting very quick and easy. The property is clean & dry with a lot of units to choose from. I am moving my belongings from another storage facility where the roof leaked and many of my belongings were damaged. While I had insurance that was a hassle and losing sentimental items was disappointing. So I’m happy to have my things here now.”

“I had an excellent experience with Public Storage at 17W170 Roosevelt Rd in Oakbrook Terrace. I stored my car there for about 14 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well everything turned out.
From day one, the facility felt secure, clean, and well-managed. Access was always smooth, and I had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in a safe environment. After more than a year in storage, I was very happy to find my car in great condition with absolutely no damage or issues.

Ms. Angie is absolutely AMAZING!!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Every single time I’ve spoken with her, she has been so kind, patient, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. She never has an attitude and always makes you feel comfortable asking questions.
As a young & independent adult. keeping up with expenses can be difficult, and I was honestly struggling with being able to afford my storage unit. Ms. Angie took the time to explain my options, give me helpful information, and guide me on things I could do to help save my unit. She didn’t have to go above and beyond the way she did, but she truly cared and treated me with so much kindness and understanding.
Customer service like hers is so rare these days. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and that makes such a HUGE difference. “Place is great. AC actually works. 3rd time using Safeguard, 2nd time this location. Jim the manager has been @ both locations all times I have used them. Its a no brainer, rates are comparable. However I wish they had the pricing grid and fee schedule posted alongside online promos. The place is safe.”

His professionalism is phenomenal... he's courteous and kind. I recommend this place. The storage facility is clean and well-lit. Again I must praise this facility for its wonderful customer service and Jose who helped me when my door got stuck wonderful young man everyone at this site is so helpful and so courteous you can't just help but like this place. I I wish I could add his picture but I'm not quite sure how I'll have to figure it out thank you both of you wonderful young men.

“The Finley Rd location is great. I had to store some furniture and artwork here for 3 years. The price hikes are maddening but that happens at all these places so I’m not factoring that into my rating. There are carts to borrow, the climate control is perfect, your belongings are inside a building so I wasn’t worried about any critters, and I felt safe going alone. I would rent here again”

I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt I was in good hands. Shout out to Dee for great customer service!
For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”

“I needed a unit to hold stuff for a move and these guys were the closest. I wasn't expecting much more than a box to put stuff in but I have to say, the staff here really do go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I only had to call a couple times but they got back to me immediately every time. Unit was clean, parking lot is pretty easy to navigate, and the customer service is actually excellent.
Be wary of the turn out of the lot, if you have a uhaul you really want to plan on coming from the north to take a right turn in, you can't really make a left. Not their fault of course, still an excellent unit and I will keep these guys in mind in the future.”
