“My boyfriend and I drove an extra 25 minutes past a closer store to come to the Bolingbrook location based on them having better reviews and they did not disappoint. We were able to get a suit same day and were in and out in less than an hour. Mike and Nick made our first-time experience super smooth and easy, they even apologized for the very short wait we had, even though it was not even 5 minutes. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable. This location lives up to the reviews I've read, will definitely be coming here for any future formal attire needed.”

“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.
They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

He took my measurements and gave solid advice and allowed me all the time needed to get me the proper fit and style. “I went in for a dress shirt for a wedding and walked out buying more than 3 and a belt. The store manager Ginger was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely helpful and insightful on her shirt recommendations. Since I was there I decided to browse other clothing options for work. Ginger went on to tell me about the custom suit program they have with the ability to choose from different fabric and patterns and lining. I was very intrigued and because I can’t buy directly off the rack and need tailoring done to my suits because of my build. This will be great because I will be able to create/design my own suits that will be one of a kind, fit me perfectly, and be very affordable. Men’s Warehouse has a tremendous asset in Ginger and I look forward to going back to visit her and collaborate on suit designs.”

“I really like Macy's but i wish they would increase their shoe stock. The shoe ? department seems to look a bit sad whenever I visit. I also visited the cosmetic and fragrance counters during my lunch time at noon but unfortunately only 1 person was available to assist and she was busy with other customers.”

“Needed black socks for a black casual dress code for an upcoming JJC Chorale performance, so I came here to buy some socks, but was struggling to find anything that was my size because everything appeared to be grouped 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 or something. One of the employees helped me find the appropriately sized socks that was buried in there and might have been the very last one in stock. I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and polite. I even told the cashier so as I was checking out. Safe to say I had a smile on my face walking out the door and will definitely consider returning as a customer in the future.”
