Adina was assigned to help us, and I’m so happy that we were assigned to her! She was very helpful through a lengthy process, working past her lunch time to get our issues resolved. Her help continued after we left as we had a few questions, we called and she responded as quickly as possible with answers. Good team effort at this branch overall, but especially so from Adina. This kind of customer service is hard to find, and mom and I are very appreciative!”

“As I was driving to my office on my day off, I realized that I had a check that I kept forgetting to deposit. I passed three Wintrust locations on my way and just couldn't bring myself to pull in. There is a fourth location down the street from my office so I decided to get it done. I walked in to the Lombard location. Khalid, Elissa, and Oscar were working. In one fell swoop, they changed my bad mood to a good one. They all happily greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like the most important customer in the world. Vinny, who wasn't working that day, treats me the same way every time she helps me. What a great staff. My transaction was done as we chatted about my grandkids and I left with a smile on my face. “I recently had a situation where my mothers account was hacked and unauthorized wire transfers were made. The fraud department is horrible and I was not able to get through to anyone to help me resolve this situation
However the branch manager of this branch Jalpa Patel sat with me for three hours and managed to get my case underway and start the recovery process. Not only was she empathetic, she was firm and thorough and personally dealt with the department to have us heard. Thank you Jalpa!
Citibank please do something with your awful fraud department! Nowadays these hacking incidents are becoming common and this department needs to be iron clad! You will lose clients this way!”
