Today my phone would not charge, there was some dirt in the charging port and also the pin had gotten bent. The repair was done in under an hour! I really appreciate they said they would not charge if they were unable to fix it, because at that point it would have been a more expensive repair to replace the charging port entirely instead of just cleaning it and trying to bend the pin back into position, which I'm not sure would have been worth it for such an old phone. Some places charge a minimum just for diagnosis, but since it was a simple repair that was fairly straight-forward, I appreciate I did not have to pay a given amount without knowing if it would get fixed successfully or not.
I found out they have been at this location for almost 20 years! Definitely the place to go if you have any questions about your cell phone, they are very knowledgeable.”
