“I came here to activate a cellular plan on my watch. I’m glad I came in personally because the process seemed like a giant pain. Luckily, Ruben was very helpful. He was able to get my watch all set up despite a few road blocks on Boost’s end. He helped me and other customers that walked in as well. A person came in looking to pay her bill and ended up going on a small rant about payment and life and gender inequality. It was very strange to witness, but despite that, Ruben was incredibly nice to her and handled it with the utmost professionalism. Great guy.”
