“Luis has a great personality and crushed it yesterday. He was working alone and you could tell he was working his tail off. People just kept coming in and he greeted everyone, juggled what he could while phones were loading and such, and cracked jokes along the way. He never looked stressed even after he had to call fraud department for my partner, help setup both our phones, and even add screen protectors for us. 12/10 service!”

“It was time to get a new phone, 6 years plus, taking longer to charge and slow, and happen to stumble on this excellent Verizon store in Glen Ellyn on Roosevelt rd. next to Chase bank.
Couldn't be more happier with Jon helping me out.
Jon was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.
Having an older phone with heavy use, during data transfer, my messages didn't transfer first try.
Jon was not fazed but determined to get my messages transfered.
It took a solid hour but he never gave up.
Completely successful! Completely amazed!
I also noticed during the first transfer, it got busy in the store.
Never with a look of rushed, he bounced around helping each customer, solving problems, making sales with patients and ease.
This is the Verizon store you want to do business with and no doubt, if you get Jon to assist you, you will be fully appreciated and satisfied.
