No judgment about our very personal choice. Just compassion. They took the time to explain everything to us and gave extra time to say goodbye. Because of that it allowed us to be fully present during Sargent Pepper’s last moments with us. Then a few days later they sent us a hand written condolence letter in the mail. It ment a lot.
