“One thing that is really fantastic about Sign Outlet is if you really need something they will drop what they are doing and make sure you get it right away. For instance, I needed a roll of Oracal Reflective and even though it had snowed and they were not doing deliveries that day, one of the salesmen brought it to me in his personal vehicle! Now that's fantastic customer service!!!”

Fastener Superstore was the only company that we could find that carried anything that would work for us. The customer service was fantastic and shipping was quick! “I am a new club member and also a senior. I fully expected to get a card to check out, instead they expected me to check out online. I was at a total loss on how to do that and ready to cancel the whole procedure. Instead Debbie, in customer service, went out of her way help me. She even had me bring my items for purchase to her and she demonstrated the process of how to check them out. She was extremely patient and courteous. I couldn't have done it without her help.”
“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed.The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”

“Regarding the Costco Tire Center @ Bloomingdale. Josh P and his team did a TREMENDOUS job with our Audi Q8. We are very happy we came to the Bloomingdale Costco for new tires. The customer service and attention to detail was much better than anywhere else I've been. It is also great that Costco has free air to Costco members, I didn't know that until now.”

“It very much sucks that you can't shop at Costco unless your name is on the membership card but nonetheless, it's still a good location! I tried out the strawberry sundae with chocolate syrup and it was super tasty and had great value ($3). The service here is also quick at both the food court and the regular grocery store self checkout lines.”

“I had problems with the gas pump where it malfunctioned and froze up locking my ccard. Ivan was the onsite attendant and he worked diligently to try to reset the pump computer and finally got it working again after having to shut down both pumps. Though this process took over 15 minutes, it surely wasn't anyones fault. I am thankful the Ivan was there to assist me with this issue. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!”

They were considerably less than other estimates I had received and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Super nice guys running the shop and discovered the offer free, balancing and rotations if you buy their tires.”

“Elias was absolutely amazing and on point. One of our guys rolled up with the tire pressure light blinking. He Immediately topped off all the tires and pulled out a wireless meter to diagnose the front right sensor was busted. Without parking, he took the car right in and within 15 minutes the car was good to go, all at Costco’s discounted rates. No appointment, In-N-Out 15 minutes and just $64 later.”
“Juan was very professional and thorough with the service he provided. He was patient with all my questions and was able to successfully rectify my issues. I went to Firestone, just tires and a local mechanic who all said my sensor was fine. I knew it wasn't because the tire sensor light stayed on, on the dashboard. Juan install my 2 new Goodyear tires and replace faulty sensor and now my vehicle is functioning the way It should. I would highly recommend them to anyone. 😀”
“Workers are SO NICE!! That food court is always being cleaned and stocked up! The line gets long sometimes but it’s those prices! Unbeatable. Pizza was fresh, hotdog combo was delish! “Probably one of the best Sam's I've shopped in Illinois. Used to go shop at the one in Cicero but that usually never has the items I wanted in stock. I decided to try the one in North Lake and so far it has not disappointed. Been going there for over a little 5 years now and never had an issue with employees nor the products. Let's hope it stays that way!”
