The 5 stars goes to the woman with the tattoos on her arms. Nice, respectful, and attentive. If I could give customers stars, I would give that woman with the barely controlled dog a negative 1. Overall, the employee was nice and knowledgeable. So, 5 stars for her.

David helped me pick a new food for my dog and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. The products, selection and staff are truly amazing! I highly recommend! We just came in again for a birthday treat and I was impressed by how many special options were available. My dog loves her new food and her treats.

My dog had a great experience being groomed today at GroomBar at Bentleys. His hair cut looked amazing, and the groomer had great communication with me throughout the process!
