They let us know they were there to assist us, but also let us check things out on our own without the pressure. “My favorite store for craft items. I am sad that few years ago they closed the Mount Prospect store, which was two minutes drive for me. Now I have to go to Schaumburg. This visit I went there to get apoxt. Asked the checker about location for the item. She vaguely pointed toward section for fabric. Could not find it there. Asked second person. He even gave the isle number. Nope not there. Asked the third person, she not only knew where to find it but also walked with us. So found what I was looking for.”
“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”

It's a place where you can happily lose yourself for hours, as every shelf and display is brimming with character and holds a charming new discovery. “I recently stopped in to look at lighting and found a wonderful display of ceiling fans and track lighting along with other lighting. . I had looked at a few other lighting stores and found Northwest had the best selection. Because of the selection and service I received, I purchased two ceiling fans and track lighting with beautiful pendants which Jessica suggested. I will go back when ready to order floor lamps. Jessica was a wonderful salesperson and was very helpful. She had great suggestions and was very good at getting back to me with questions I had. When the manufacturer of the track lighting sent an incorrect part, Northwest expedited the reorder of the part and had it delivered to my home.Also, late one evening when I called the store about the incorrect part, Jessica was with another customer and Thelma went out of her way to help me and called back well after the store's normal hours. She, too, offered exceptional customer service skills. I highly recommend this store.”
“Allan is incredibly kind, patient, and passionate about teaching his art. He walked me and my wife through the assembly of a pre-made stained glass pattern, letting us choose our colors and style. He maintained a perfect balance of letting us work and helping us when we needed an extra hand. We walked away with two pieces of art that we are proud of! “Decent little place, ladies that work there are friendly. Owner REALLY needs to introduce electronic receipts to their shop though, also the store hours posted here online were wrong when I visited (and are still incidentally) as they actually close at 6p apparently, not 5p. Just an fyi if you plan on visiting, still recommend, definitely a place worth checking out if you're downtown here.”
