“I took my grandmother in to upgrade her phone. Melvin was the tech that assisted us and he was fabulous. He was so kind and explained step by step, cost, and was fast. I’ve never had good cell phone store service from any retailer so this far exceeded my expectations. He was amazing!!!”

The gentleman was absolutely the highest level of representation of what customer service should look like. It was T-Mobile Tuesday and they had a lot of customers and he still was able to take the time to greet everyone coming in and acknowledge them while also helping other customers. This attention to all customers during a very busy day is the service i wish i could get everywhere! amazing job to this location and its employees for caring about all their customers.
