“Been with them for a while never had a problem until recently. My PS5 I had from them got stolen, my boyfriend was told it comes with a warranty for when something happens to it I believe they said after the payments were done but we paid extra. Called them to see if they can do something we were informed unfortunately there is nothing they can do and I still have to make monthly payments on something that got stolen that I didn't even have anymore. :/ Trying to have the cops help me but one of there employees gave the cops wrong information on how long it was missing it's been missing since Friday they informed the cops it was a week. I don't understand it.”

“Phenomenal job! Went to this location with my boyfriend on Monday 4/17. We went around 6p.The lady on staff at end of the day was by herself. No manager, no coworkers. No exaggeration. She ran the entire store and served everyone in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about each Moto product and treated each person with kindness and compassion. She was so kind to us and I truly appreciate her customer service. She deserves a bonus, a raise and to be promoted in some form or fashion to store manager or district manager. Ask for her if you go to this location because it was definitely worth it.”
