When I had a second nail in my tire, it had to be replaced. The manager and assistant manager were able to provide us with very reasonable priced tire options. They were able to help explain the different types of options and provide feedback for each. They did not force any option upon us but helped us make an informed decision for our type of car needs. They were very timely when returning my calls. Their tire warranty is also wonderful and we have been able to use it! The staff are all very friendly and interacted with us as if we were family members: welcoming and caring. They even brought a coloring book out for my daughter to play with while we waited. When we returned for a tire rotation (included with tire warranty) they remembered our names and asked about our family. They treated us like people/family and not just another customer.
