“I just needed a farm tire inter tube patched that I use for closing my pool because it had a small hole in it and they did a great job fixing it. They got me right in and took care of it. Super friendly services and great people to work with.”

“Fast, friendly, patient, and honest. Expected to have to pay for four new tires, and instead of charging me for something I didn't need, they were honest and fair. They reassured me that only two front tires were needed, and the back two were still in good shape with only one needing a patch. They could have overcharged me and made things more difficult for me. Instead, they were upfront and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Expected to spend over $400 or $500, but walked away spending less than half of that. Thank you so much!”

“I have had my 1998 Toyota Camry serviced in Rockford, IL for two decades, and at almost 200,000 miles, this week was the first time any of many have even mentioned or serviced the Throttle Position Sensor by removing, testing, and resetting it with my Toy computer. My Toy is once again fine for hopefully many more miles.”

“Exceptional service and great customer service, thank you Spencer W! We have always used Discount Tire however we are new to the Rockford area and this is the first time we used Discount Tire in Rockford. I unfortunately picked something up in my tire which caused a flat, it was later in the day and we decided to try Discount due to the good experiences where we used to live. I know from past experience that Discount is usually busy, I anticipated that they may not have time to fix my flat and may need to leave the tire overnight. To my surprise, we waited just minutes before Spencer waited on us and he said they would be able to get it fixed before they closed. The tire was fixed within an hour and they offered to mount the tire back on our car which saved us the trouble of taking off the spare, they even placed the spare neatly back in the car. They went beyond my expectations, thanks for the quick repair so I did not have to drive on my donut for long. We will gladly continue to do business with Discount in Rockford!”

“This is THE ONLY place to go in my opinion. I drove a from an hour away because these guys have the best tires at extremely reasonable prices. They work hard here to please their customers and they’re very good people. I will continue to drive the extra distance for the type of great deals and service provided here. Octavio and Pablo made me feel like we were brothers. I highly recommend doing business with this place, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. 👍”

“Got a my transmission diagnosed and swapped within 5 days. Nice people and honest. I would highly recommend. They offer a warranty to stand by their work. The only catch is the quote didn't included fluid and taxes. Fair price for the size of truck I brought in. Shifts better then it ever did now. Pay in cash to save on the bill.”
