“Fast, friendly, patient, and honest. Expected to have to pay for four new tires, and instead of charging me for something I didn't need, they were honest and fair. They reassured me that only two front tires were needed, and the back two were still in good shape with only one needing a patch. They could have overcharged me and made things more difficult for me. Instead, they were upfront and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Expected to spend over $400 or $500, but walked away spending less than half of that. Thank you so much!”

“Exceptional service and great customer service, thank you Spencer W! We have always used Discount Tire however we are new to the Rockford area and this is the first time we used Discount Tire in Rockford. I unfortunately picked something up in my tire which caused a flat, it was later in the day and we decided to try Discount due to the good experiences where we used to live. I know from past experience that Discount is usually busy, I anticipated that they may not have time to fix my flat and may need to leave the tire overnight. To my surprise, we waited just minutes before Spencer waited on us and he said they would be able to get it fixed before they closed. The tire was fixed within an hour and they offered to mount the tire back on our car which saved us the trouble of taking off the spare, they even placed the spare neatly back in the car. They went beyond my expectations, thanks for the quick repair so I did not have to drive on my donut for long. We will gladly continue to do business with Discount in Rockford!”

“Took my vehicle in for four new tires after blowing a tire on the interstate on Sunday. Although we had a hiccup with the website (my tires didn't get ordered in time for the original appointment) but Andy worked some magic and was able to get them in the shop for the next day. Due to the inconvenience they also knocked off some of the price and I was very thankful for it. Every mechanic was professional and made us feel comfortable and safe (I had to bring my 11 year old with me). Will certainly be back the next time my A7 needs tires! Thanks for taking care of us!!”
