“Great little family owned business. The lady that works there was very friendly and helpful. She said they've been in business for 37 years. I got the hard hat I was looking for, and they have tons of other clothes, boots, coats , high visibility items to choose from. “Honestly for me, it's perfect. It carries my favorite brands (I.N.C., DKNY, Anne Taylor & a few more). It offers current trends in its selections and the dressing rooms are large and plenty, and well lit. Greeted by the delicious smells of perfume, but not overwhelming, followed by makeup and hair care (the latter new to me at Macy's). Great selection of shoes and jewelry plus accessories. Men's and kids sections a little smaller, walked thru but didn't really look in detail. The larger Macy's are great but often overwhelming for those of us who like to look through everything and see all options before making a decision (like me lol). My new favorite store hands down & can't wait to go back without my kiddo in tow. Btw, Shonda checked me out & was amazing. Also whomever was working in makeup when I came in was hosting a great presentation to a group of customers. Thank you Macy's and Highland IN for bringing this new version to us! I love it!”

“I would have given 5 stars but the dressing room clerk had a totally inappropriate altercation with a customer (not part of my party). Management handled the disgruntled customer appropriately, but not the employee. The employee continued to use profanity and loudly state that she would not apologize to the customer.”
