“Check was stolen - washed and cashed putting my finances in turmoil. Sarah Robert's at the Machesney Park branch took control of not only walking us through the situation but setting us up for new accounts and dealing with the fraud department. She coached us through filing with the police department and mostly put our mind to ease. As seniors she made this experience less stressful. She kept us put to date until all was resolved.

“I've always had good experience when it was Alpine bank. Now that it is Midland I still have good experience. The only time that I have an issue is when Alpine changed to Midland back in July 2018. I got married and had to change my last name at the same time the bank was changing over as well. Any changes at first you're gonna have a few bumps but it's been smooth sailing since.”
