“Joshua at AT&T helped me switch my phone from another provider and set everything up. He went above and beyond—he’s highly technical, knowledgeable, and clearly excellent at what he does. I watched him work the entire time and was genuinely impressed with this young man. I first met Joshua a little over two years ago when he set up my wireless internet, “The Egg.” I’ve been very happy with that setup ever since. Because of that experience, I knew he would come through again this time with my cell phone, and he absolutely did.”
